We are Forming a Team for 4Daagse 2025

We have today made a decision in principle that we will walk the 4Daagse 2025 as a team, provided that we gather 13 participants.

Moving from walking individually since 2019, this presents new challenges regarding training and leadership. JesperW (5 completed performances) was appointed as Team Leader, and MatiasL (4 completed performances) as Deputy Team Leader.

We hope to gather a great team that can complete the march without problems. This shouldn’t be a major issue, provided we move away from the “I got this” and “Maybe I’ll come” attitudes.

Participating in a team brings some entirely new challenges, especially for the team leader. As a participant, you just let the team leader shoulder the responsibility and follow along. As a leader, you have the survival of the entire group on your conscience and must, in the worst case, make some tough decisions.
