This year’s edition of the 4Daagse is now complete. Out of the 15 people who started, 12 reached the finish line, which, all things considered, must be classed as acceptable. Yes, it could have gone better, but overall, it went roughly as expected. The truly positive thing was that Rosvokomppania was the first Finnish team to finish on three out of four days, and the second to finish on the one remaining day. On the final day, we finished about 30 minutes ahead of the Finnish team that followed us. In total, there were three Finnish teams and perhaps around 40 individual walkers.

We experienced one day of rain, which I personally hadn’t experienced before. Otherwise, it was perhaps a little cooler than in previous years. As usual, there was an incredible number of people in the audience, and the atmosphere was excellent.

But now we are aiming to have a full team again next year, so keep your eyes open for more information going forward. This year’s experiences will be useful in 2026.
